Use of the Service#

Enfenety POS is intended for store operations such as checkout, inventory tracking, customer balance management, and related reporting.

By using the service, users agree to:

  • Use it for legitimate business or operational purposes
  • Provide accurate information during account creation
  • Comply with applicable laws and regulations
  • Respect the rights of other users and their data

Accounts & Access#

Users are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of their account credentials
  • Using the correct email address during sign-up, verification, and invitation-based access
  • Keeping their contact information up to date
  • Promptly reporting any unauthorized access

Workspace permissions may depend on organization membership and assigned role. It is the user's responsibility to understand their role and associated permissions within each workspace.

Workspace Responsibility#

Organizations are responsible for the information entered into their workspace, including:

  • Operational records and transaction data
  • Product data, pricing, and inventory information
  • Customer data and contact details
  • Team access decisions and role assignments
Teams should review their own records for accuracy before relying on them for store decisions. Data backup and retention practices are the responsibility of the workspace owner.

Trial & Billing Overview#

Enfenety POS currently offers:

  • A free trial period for new workspaces
  • Transaction-based plan structure
  • Monthly billing with transparent pricing

Trial limits, plan structure, and activation or reactivation processes may affect continued access to a workspace. Billing details shown in the product should be treated as the primary source of plan context.

Billing Transparency

We send billing notifications before charges occur. You can view and manage your subscription at any time from the workspace settings.

Acceptable Use#

Users should not:

  • Attempt to misuse the service or exploit vulnerabilities
  • Interfere with other workspaces or users
  • Bypass access controls or security measures
  • Use the product in a way that disrupts normal operation for others
  • Upload malicious software or content
  • Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
